Use your 12-word recovery phrase to restore the wallet on another device and regain access to your funds. Because only you hold that phrase, nobody — not even our support team — can restore it for you. Keep it written down offline, never in a screenshot, email or chat.
No account, no email and no identity documents are needed to hold, send or receive crypto. Some optional buy-and-swap partners run their own verification for the cash side of a trade; that is their process, not the wallet’s.
The wallet is free to use, with no monthly subscription and no hidden markup. You pay only the network fee for a transaction, and any third-party swap fee is displayed before you confirm.
